We are seeking a vibrant and skilled Nail Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while creating a welcoming workplace for clients. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client experience and increase salon revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly,
skilled environment that encourages repeat visits
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools are properly sanitized after each use
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and address any concerns
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician at least 1 year or in a similar beauty service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon setting
