POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and qualified Nail Technician with a genuine passion for the beauty industry, responsible for delivering personalized nail services with exceptional client care.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a client-focused approach, patience, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and extensive knowledge of luxury beauty products. They will play an essential role in creating a personalized client experience rooted in self-care.

Reporting to the Experience Manager, the Nail Technician will build meaningful connections with our valued clientele, helping them discover and celebrate their individuality and beauty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Nail Services

- Perform nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and other nail and skin treatments using advanced techniques and high-quality products.
- Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and products, demonstrating an understanding of color theory and skin tones, tailored to clients’ needs, concerns, and goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area while adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Client Experience





- Build trusting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, exceptional service.
- Offer follow-up recommendations and establish personalized nail care routines to encourage long-term client loyalty.

Team Collaboration

- Work collaboratively with other nail technicians and team members to create a cohesive, positive, and accountable work setting.
- Share knowledge, ideas, and best practices to collectively achieve department goals and client satisfaction.

Representing Rennaï

- Represent our luxury beauty retail brand with pride and professionalism.
- Embody the brand’s values, authenticity, and aesthetic through a polished appearance and impeccable style.

Ongoing Training

- Maintain a growth mindset by staying updated on industry developments.
- Participate in product training and brand events.

Months 1 to 6

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Valid Nail Technician license or certification from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a high-volume retail, spa, health club, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of nail services, trends, techniques, client preferences, and treatments, with a focus on luxury brands/products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (French and English)
- Outstanding client service and relationship-building skills with a strong sales mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
