We’re looking for a warm, steady, high-energy nanny to build a real long-term relationship with our family. Our kids are little, curious, busy, and in that magical stage where the days are full of exploring, creating, climbing, imagining, snacking, melting down, recovering, and starting all over again. We’re an outdoorsy, adventure-loving, art-friendly family, and we’d love someone who genuinely enjoys getting kids outside, making a mess, planning little outings, and creating days that feel fun, connected, and grounded.

We want someone who is dependable, intuitive, and takes ownership. Someone who sees what needs doing and does it. Someone who can lead the day without needing to be micromanaged.

We’ll share our priorities and give clear feedback, but we’re looking for someone who enjoys owning the “how.”

What you’ll do

-Care for two kids, ages 1.5 and 3.5

-Plan fun, engaging days with outdoor time, art, social connection, and play

-Drive to activities a few days a week

-Use nap/quiet time well for light household support, small resets, garden/animal care, or helpful projects and bring calm,
