Key Responsibilities:
• Review and enter new claims data into SAP promptly • Communicate with employees and managers to monitor claims • Validate medical documentation against ongoing treatments • Liaise with WCB for claims reviews and appeals • Maintain comprehensive claim files for all employees
Requirements: • 3-5 years in disability management and insurance • Degree in Healthcare, Social Science, or related field • Experience with workplace accommodations • Bilingual proficiency in English and French • Knowledge of provincial Workers Compensation legislation
