Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety compliance with operating procedures
• Train and mentor operators and technicians
• Coordinate maintenance activities for reliability




• Manage safety and process safety programs
• Participate in risk management and emergency response activities
Requirements:
• First Class Power Engineering certification and diploma
• 15+ years in a supervisory role in relevant industries
• Experience with commissioning in industrial settings
• Working knowledge of process safety programs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
