For New vehicles, you will receive training and all the materials to know Ford product lines inside and out. You will help our customers to determine which product best fits their needs and be able to explain why Ford is the Best Choice for Customers. Excellent follow-up, communication and organizational skills are required as well as a willingness to learn and a positive, friendly, professional demeanor. When selling Preowned vehicles, you will be responsible to know what vehicles are on the lot and help our customers to determine which product best fits their needs. Excellent follow-up, communication and organizational skills are required as well as a willingness to learn and a positive, friendly, professional demeanor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers in the indoor or the outdoor showroom
- Listen to understand the customer’s wants and needs
- Select the correct vehicle with the sales managers
- Present features and benefits
- Offer a test drive
- Finalize terms

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous sales experience required
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Ability to negotiate and close
- Product knowledge is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
- Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s record
- AMVIC License
- Speaking a second language is absolutely an asset
