Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. This is a night shift position from 1am to 7 am. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and be a self starter. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked items, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to food safety standards. Punctuality and reliability are a must.

Duties

- bake all the items needed for the showcase and making the breakfast items
- Package finished products for display and sale while maintaining presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain the showcase
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive kitchen operations.

Requirements





- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a kitchen or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
- Flexibility to work the night shift from 1:30 am to 8 am. Anyday of the week.
