Our Street Crew plays an important role in introducing people to Euphoria, promoting our events and offers, and representing the venue within Edmonton's nightlife community.

We are currently seeking confident, outgoing, and highly social individuals to join our Street Crew.

Role Responsibilities

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and confidently representing a brand in a busy social environment.

Street Crew members work together during operating nights to connect with people in the surrounding nightlife area. You may speak with individuals who are new to Euphoria, visiting Edmonton, deciding where to spend their night, or simply interested in learning more about what the venue has to offer.

As one of the first points of contact with Euphoria, Street Crew members are expected to create a positive and professional first impression while communicating the venue's events, promotions, specials, and overall experience.

A strong Street Crew member is able to approach people naturally, understand what may interest them, communicate the value of visiting Euphoria, and do so in a way that is confident, friendly, and genuine.

This role is responsible for:

- Approaching and engaging with people in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Introducing prospective guests to Euphoria and answering general questions about the venue.
- Communicating current events,



specials, promotions, and other offers.
- Distributing approved vouchers and promotional materials that may be redeemed at Euphoria.
- Helping visitors and individuals unfamiliar with Edmonton's nightlife understand what Euphoria offers.
- Creating a strong and positive first impression of the venue.
- Working collaboratively with other Street Crew members to support nightly promotional objectives.
- Communicating guest feedback, common questions, and relevant observations to supervisors or management.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct while representing Euphoria in public.
- Supporting special events, promotional campaigns, and other outreach initiatives as required.

Strong candidates understand that representing Euphoria in public requires both personality and self-awareness. They know how to be engaging without becoming confrontational or overly persistent, and they are able to recognize when to continue a conversation and when to respectfully disengage.

This position can be particularly well suited to individuals with strong sales abilities. Successful Street Crew members are often able to quickly build rapport, understand what someone is looking for, and communicate why Euphoria may be the right fit for their night.

- Comfortable working outdoors and moving throughout the surrounding nightlife area during operating hours.

Qualifications Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, nightlife, customer service, brand representation, or event marketing is considered an asset but is not required.

Candidates without direct experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong communication skills, confidence, reliability, and the ability to connect naturally with others.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

- Sales or customer-facing experience.
- Previous street promotion, brand ambassador, or event promotion experience.
- Experience working in nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, or events.
- Strong knowledge of Edmonton's nightlife and entertainment areas.
- Experience approaching prospective customers and communicating offers or promotions.
- A demonstrated ability to remain professional in challenging social situations.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Availability Successful candidates must be available for evening and late-night work, particularly on Fridays, Saturdays, special events, and other key operating nights.

Street Crew members will spend a significant portion of their shifts outside the venue and in the surrounding nightlife area. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and in busy public environments.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
