Join our vibrant nightlife team as a Nightclub Bartender, where your energy and hospitality will create unforgettable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will craft delicious drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a lively, protected environment for all patrons. Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote safety, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, following proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours through effective time management.




- Assist in opening or closing duties as required, including inventory checks and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bar or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Previous serving experience is a plus; must be able to serve alcohol responsibly according to local laws.
