As a partner in shaping WCLC’s future, your leadership will drive the evolution of our People & Culture function. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team, crafting strategies that enhance employee experiences and support long-term organizational goals. This role requires a growth-oriented mindset and a commitment to talent development and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the execution of a comprehensive People & Culture plan
• Oversee a dedicated team focused on employee satisfaction
• Identify and address workforce risks and opportunities




• Implement leadership development and succession planning
• Lead change initiatives promoting agility and performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in senior HR or related fields
• Proven experience in successful people strategy development
• Expertise in culture change and workforce management
• Excellent judgment and ability to influence outcomes
• Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline, CPHR value
