Support nursing excellence in Kindersley as Nurse A Clinical Resource. This temporary part time role empowers you to guide nursing teams on acute and long-term care practices. Reporting directly to the Health Care Administrator, you'll serve as a vital resource for nursing professionals, enhancing care through sound advice and support.
You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to advocate for patient-centered practices while ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and quality standards.
Your role will also include driving educational initiatives and quality improvement projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert guidance on acute and long-term care policies

- 3 to 5 years in acute and long-term healthcare experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) mandatory
