The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, confident Nurse Practitioner who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and delivering thoughtful, unhurried care. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants autonomy, consistency, and the opportunity to grow within a progressive healthcare model — without hospital shifts or high-pressure volumes.

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health histories

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including hormone optimization therapies

Order, review, and interpret diagnostic and laboratory testing





Educate and empower patients to understand their health and treatment options

Provide ongoing follow-up care and adjust plans based on outcomes

Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation

Collaborate closely with a supportive administrative and clinical team

What You Bring

Active Nurse Practitioner registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills A patient-first, empathetic approach to care

Interest in men’s health, hormone therapy, or preventative medicine (training provided)

Confidence working independently with collaborative support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Current CPR/BLS certification
