Our services include: ● Comprehensive wound assessment and ongoing monitoring ● Wound dressing changes and wound management ● Care for pressure injuries/bedsores ● Management of surgical and post-operative wounds ● Care for chronic and non-healing wound ● Management of skin tears and other minor wounds ● Assessment for signs of infection or wound deterioration ● Patient and family education on wound care and prevention ● Care coordination and communication with the client's healthcare team when required ● Ongoing follow-up to monitor healing and adjust care as appropriate We understand that having a wound can be stressful and inconvenient. We bring professional nursing care directly to you, helping reduce the need for unnecessary travel or waiting-room visits. Our care is provided by experienced Registered Nurse, with an emphasis on clinical assessment, infection prevention, patient education, continuity of care, and individualized treatment.
