Key Responsibilities

· Deliver therapy programs under OT/PT supervision

· Assist clients with exercises, equipment, and mobility

· Monitor progress and document care accurately

· Prepare materials and maintain therapy equipment

· Support program operations and administrative tasks

· Collaborate with therapists, families, and team members

· Follow safety, privacy, and professional standards

Qualifications

· Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physiotherapy Assistant program

· College Diploma in a related field

Experience

- Preferred: Paediatric experience of at least 2 years in providing service with a special needs population.
- Minimum:
- Minimum 2 years of extensive pediatric experience.
- Experience working with children and youth with Autism is considered an asset.
- Experience collaborating with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) teams or multidisciplinary teams.
