Baycrest Terraces is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for on-call / casual shifts to support the Terraces Assisted Living residents. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to assess and develop resident care plans, and to provide health centre coverage as needed within a 200-resident facility.
You will contribute to delivering primary care, emergency care and health monitoring while supporting residents’ independence and dignity in a retirement living setting.
