Teaching Qualification Requirements
- Teaching Ed. Level Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Public Policy or Business Management (PhD preferred).
- Member in good standing with the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec with CPA.CA or CPA or CPA Auditor designation.
Teaching Experience
- Teaching experience in a university (graduate-level teaching experience preferred) or corporate context.
- Extensive*, current and significant demonstrable qualified industry experience in administration, management, finance, budgeting and reporting in the public sector.
- Demonstrable experience in public policy, policy analysis, public administration, fiscal policy or a leadership role in government for a minimum of five consecutive years.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Canadian public services sector system and public finance.
- Applied/industry-related or academic research experience in the field is preferred.
