This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping individuals, families and businesses. Leading with a needs-based approach, you guide clients to understand their risks and protect against uncertainty through innovative solutions and extraordinary service.

Responsibilities

- Grow our client base by prospecting within our existing client relationships
- Actively manage client leads, referrals and applications
- Deliver personalized, ongoing insurance solutions to help clients work toward their goals and protect against risk
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and regular reviews

Competencies

- LLQP certification required
- Knowledge in Farm and Business Life Insurance market
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional sales experience
- Experience providing insurance solutions to individuals and families
- Goal-oriented with a solid work ethic
- Self-motivated, highly driven




- Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Business development and prospecting skills
- Positive attitude with Growth mindset
- Team player who can work independently
- Strong character and integrity
- Continuous learner with a deep interest in client needs
- Ability to build trust, develop and maintain relationships

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have experience as a licensed Life Advisor. Ideally the candidate will have a university degree supported by industry designations.

You are known for your business acumen, adhering to a strong compliance culture and ethical standards.
