Job DescriptionManage full cycle recruiting needs for both internal and external candidates. (90%) Participate in the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct candidate sourcing for assigned roles in functional area by leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent. Proactively search for, identify, network with and directly contact active and passive job seekers, both internally and externally, for vacancies Sourcing the best candidates using a variety of channels that are aligned to and effectively communicate. Meet defined Talent Acquisition metrics for quality, cost, cycle time, diversity and compliance/risk all while providing a world class recruitment experience for candidates and business partners throughout the hiring process. With minimal guidance, extend employment offers with candidates and complete the pre-employment process according to the recruiting guidelines.
