Oncology Clinical Researcher (AI Training)
About The Role

We're looking for experienced Oncology Clinical Researchers to bring real-world clinical rigor into cutting-edge AI development. You'll work alongside leading AI research teams to ensure that oncology data, trial insights, and regulatory knowledge are accurately reflected in frontier AI systems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep oncology expertise and a sharp eye for clinical accuracy.

What You'll Do
- Design and evaluate oncology clinical trial protocols, including patient enrollment strategies and regulatory compliance standards
- Analyze cancer trial data — safety profiles, efficacy endpoints, and biomarker results — to assess treatment performance
- Translate trial outcomes into transparent regulatory and scientific narratives aligned with FDA, EMA, and international standards
- Review and critique AI-generated clinical insights for scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and regulatory alignment
- Help shape how AI models reason about real oncology evidence, trial design, and clinical decision-making
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials from protocol development through data readout
- Strong background in analyzing oncology endpoints, safety data, and biomarker results
- Familiar with regulatory submission standards for agencies such as the FDA or EMA
- Detail-oriented and rigorous — you hold AI-generated content to the same standards as a peer-reviewed submission
- Comfortable working independently on structured, task-based assignments
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Background in translational oncology, precision medicine, or biomarker research
- Familiarity with clinical data management systems or electronic data capture platforms
- Prior involvement in regulatory submissions or scientific publications
