East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Worker for the Judy Beard Day Unit at Conquest Hospital. The role supports SACT nurses and contributes to secure, compassionate patient care in a busy outpatient setting.

The successful candidate will have NHS or health/social care experience and hold an NVQ 3 or Care Certificate. Shifts span 08:00–18:00 over six days, with mentorship and staff development integral to the team.
