Role Description The OpenABLS Video Editor role at Telehearts is a full-time remote position responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports our health and wellness initiatives and expert-led sessions. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage, arranging clips into clear narratives, adding transitions and effects, and optimizing audio and visual elements for clarity and engagement.
The role also involves color grading, incorporating motion graphics and branded visuals, and aligning all content with Telehearts’ style guidelines and accessibility standards.
The Video
Editor will collaborate with content creators, marketing teams,
and subject matter experts to develop educational and promotional videos, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality. This role may also include managing video assets, maintaining organized project files, and preparing content for multiple platforms and formats.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall video quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for educational, promotional, and in-app video content.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar tools).
- Understanding of video formatting, compression, and delivery for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content experts.
- Prior experience in health, wellness, or education-related content is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not required if skills are demonstrable.
