Medcan is seeking an enthusiastic individual to serve as an Outbound Sales Specialist. This full-time, permanent role requires exceptional communication skills and a focus on client satisfaction. You will spearhead efforts to build rapport and educate clients about health assessment products while achieving sales benchmarks within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve predetermined daily sales averages
• Participate in qualification meetings and debriefs
• Foster relationships with existing and potential clients




• Schedule Annual Health Assessments for clients
• Inform clients of service enhancements related to health assessments
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or health preferred
• At least 1 year in a sales position
• Previous client service experience preferred
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce
