Vernon Jubilee Hospital is looking for a motivated Registered Nurse with an Emergency Specialty Certificate. This role is pivotal in supporting daily operations and enhancing quality patient care. With rotating shifts from 07:00 to 19:15 or 19:00 to 07:15, your leadership will guide staff and ensure the seamless movement of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day operations within designated clinical areas
• Supervise staff and provide guidance in clinical decision-making
• Review and recommend improvements on patient care policies




• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resource utilization
• Identify and plan staff educational needs for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current BCCNM registration
• Three years of recent clinical experience in the specialty area
• Two years supervisory and teaching experience
• Current CPR certification required
• Advanced preparation in the assigned clinical specialty
