The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations and Technology Support Associate to oversee our booking experience, ensure data accuracy across platforms, and bridge the gap between our technology and customers. You will manage daily backend operations, resolve booking discrepancies, and support system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Booking Operations: Monitor, investigate, and resolve missing or failed bookings, website creation failures, cancellations, and modifications.

· Competitive Website Audit & Action Plan: Conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis between our website and our top competitors to identify strategic gaps and actionable growth opportunities. · Data Entry: Compile, format, and input raw data from multiple sources into standardized reporting templates and CRM software.

· Data Integrity & Reporting: Analyze daily comparison reports to sync frontend bookings with backend platforms (DCS+/IREX),



ensuring high accuracy and speed in data entry.

· System Integrations: Conduct integration tests across connected technology systems (payment gateways, CRMs) and work with vendors to define requirements.

· Support & Escalation: Serve as the internal expert on system behavior, coach colleagues, and escalate technical issues to IT or leadership with actionable recommendations.

· Platform Optimization: Optimize content, rates, and availability to drive customer conversion while maintaining strict data confidentiality.

· Other reasonable duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

- 1–3 years of general work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of travel technology experience would be an asset.
- Strong proficiency in data entry software and enterprise technology systems.
- Experience coordinating connections between web applications and third-party services.
