Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with nursing team for resident assessments • Develop care plans and manage care fees • Oversee staffing adjustments based on resident acuity • Supervise medication administration and audits • Manage onboarding and training for wellness team

Requirements: • Must be a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario • Minimum 2 years’ experience in geriatric care • Strong supervisory and leadership skills • Proficient in electronic health record systems • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms
