About the Role:

Application developerroleistotransform business ideas and concepts into functional, reliable applications.Applicationdeveloperisresponsible toensure that the solution accurately reflects business processes, rules, andobjectives, and works closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to deliver outcomes aligned with organisational goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

5+ years of experience in software development or IT project environments

Familiar with Agile/Scrummethodology

Proficiencywith collaboration and requirement management tools such as Jira

Languages: C#, PHP, Vue JS, Node JS, SQL, PL/SQL, Korn shell

Cloud &Infrastructure; :MS Azure Cloud, IIS,Power Bi





Databases: Oracle DB, SQL Server DB, Cosmos DB

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transform business ideas and concepts into functional, reliable applications

Spot subtle bugs, risks, or design flaws early

Continuously improve overall codebase quality

Define and improve development standards whenrequired

Drive adoption of best practices across the team

Lead code reviews and technical governance

Create and review technical documentation for ongoing support

Demonstrate accountability, respect, and punctuality

Accept feedback positively and build professional confidence

Ensuretimelydelivery of projects and milestones

Demonstrate initiative by going beyond assigned tasks to add value

Lead by example and build trust with peers and stakeholders

Compensation:

The starting rate for this position is $65,000 - $80,000
