Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our on-site team in Toronto, ON.

The Operations

Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics for scrap metal collection and recycling,



and ensure compliance with include managing transportation and disposal schedules, optimizing team workflows, supervising staff performance, and maintaining quality customer service standards. The role requires strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Experience with environmental regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff and clients
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with the scrap metal and recycling industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Environmental Studies, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in operations management within a similar industry is considered an asset
