FedEx Canada is seeking a part-time Operations Supervisor at its Dorval, Quebec station. This frontline leadership position supports the FedEx Express Safety Above All Culture and manages day-to-day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handler staff.

Schedule: 13:30 – 20:00, August 11 to August 18, 2026

Key Responsibilities

- Manage specific day-to-day sort operations and direct Cargo Handler work activities within the station
- Lead and guide employees in proper package handling, routing, and recovery of potential service failures
- Mentor, coach, and train team members to ensure consistent performance
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with FedEx Express policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Champion the Safety Above All Culture across all station activities
- Prioritize and delegate tasks in a time-sensitive manner
- Address and resolve conflicts; take accountability for department outcomes
- Seek to simplify business processes while maintaining quality

Required Qualifications

- College degree
- 2 years FedEx sort operations or senior-level hourly role experience OR 2 years supervisory experience in a related industry




- Valid driver's licence with a positive driving record (no more than 2 violations/accidents in the past 24 months)
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Ability to complete and maintain Dangerous Goods (DG) certification
- Bilingual (French and English) – required for Quebec-based positions
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Ability to mentor, coach, and act as a knowledge resource to other employees
- Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team
- EXCEL Leadership Development Stream participation (preferred)
