This full time, on-site role reports to the Clinical Director and requires seasoned experience in ophthalmology.

The successful candidate will take charge of launching and managing the ophthalmology program, focusing on patient-centered care and high-quality service. Strong leadership in building and retaining a high-performing team is essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development and operation of the ophthalmology program
- Build and manage a high-performing perioperative staff
- Establish collaborative relationships with partners and organizations




- Design scalable care delivery models for efficiency
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and budget management

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 5+ years in Perioperative Services
- Experience in managing teams in dynamic environments
- Proven ability to innovate and implement process improvements
