Detailed training provided on the job. For the right candidate, there will also be an opportunity to enroll in CCOA (Certified Canadian Optical Assistant) training course.

You'll Have the Prospect to:

- deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish;




- learn the art of frame styling and personalized eyewear recommendations;
- develop confidence recommending premium lens technologies and eyewear solutions;
- work closely with the doctor to provide seamless, relationship-based patient care;
- build technical skills in dispensing, measurements, adjustments, troubleshooting, and optical technology;
- assist with merchandising, inventory, and creating an inspiring optical boutique; and
- continue learning through mentorship and ongoing career development.
