We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will use your qualified experience to serve as the vital bridge between our clients, their inventory, and their customers. Your primary mission is to ensure that every order is accurately entered, processed swiftly, and tracked perfectly.

- Process Orders: Upload, enter, verify, and close customer orders daily inside our warehouse management system, Infoplus.
- Track Shipments: Monitor outbound freight, proactively resolve transit delays, and update tracking statuses using your seasoned judgment.
- Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, flag inventory discrepancies, and communicate backorder timelines directly to clients with professional poise.
- Support Customers: Answer inquiries regarding order status, shipping modifications, and delivery tracking.

Demonstrated history of success and reliability in data entry, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain support.
- Professional Wisdom: A calm, steady approach to problem-solving when a shipment goes missing or a deadline changes.
- Technical Competence: Strong proficiency with Excel, Shopify, and warehouse management systems.
- Precision: A career-long dedication to exceptional accuracy when inputting orders and tracking details daily.
