About the Role

We're looking for a reliable Order Picker & Packer to join our team for peak season.

This role is primarily focused on picking and packing online customer orders. You'll spend most of your day working through customer orders, locating the correct products, checking quantities and details, and carefully packing orders for shipment.

This is a hands-on, repetitive role that requires accuracy, focus, consistency, and a good working pace. You'll be working toward daily shipping deadlines, so we're looking for someone who can stay productive and organized throughout the day without compromising accuracy.

Previous retail and order picking or order fulfilment experience is required. You don't need traditional warehouse experience, we'll train you on our products, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick products for online customer orders
- Double-check products and quantities before packing
- Pack customer orders carefully and efficiently
- Work toward daily order and shipping deadlines
- Maintain a consistent pace throughout the day
- Follow established picking and packing processes
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with the team when products are difficult to locate or an order requires clarification




- Help with light restocking and organizing when needed

What We're Looking For

- Experienced in retail and/or order picking/fulfilment
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Able to work at a steady, efficient pace

- Comfortable working toward daily deadlines and goals
- Good at following established processes and instructions
- Able to stay focused without constant supervision
- Comfortable being on your feet and moving around throughout the day
- A team player who communicates well and is willing to help when needed
- Positive, respectful, and dependable

Experience

Required:

- Previous retail experience
- Previous experience picking orders, fulfilling online orders, or a similar role

An asset, but not required:

- E-commerce or warehouse experience
- Experience using Shopify or other order management systems

Full training will be provided on our products, picking system, packing standards, and shipping processes.

Hours & Pay

- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Seasonal position
- Schedule: To be determined
- $20 per hour

Pay: $20.00 per hour
