Order Picker - Night Shift

We are currently hiring experienced Order Pickers for full-time night-shift opportunities in Scarborough. This role is best suited for candidates with previous order-picking experience, strong equipment skills, and the ability to maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.

Location: Scarborough, ON

Candidates located in Scarborough or nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply due to the overnight schedule and importance of reliable attendance.

Compensation

- $25.00/hour total compensation for the first 8 weeks
- Base rate of $17.60/hour
- After the first 8 weeks, employees can earn additional performance-based incentives
- Experienced employees who consistently achieve productivity and accuracy targets may earn up to around $33.00/hour, including performance incentives
- Performance earnings are not guaranteed and depend on meeting established productivity and order-accuracy standards
- Paid performance incentives are based on both speed and accuracy

Available Night Shifts

Candidates must be available for one of the following schedules:

- 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Responsibilities

- Pick and prepare customer or warehouse orders accurately and efficiently




- Operate electric pallet-moving equipment, including Walkie Rider equipment
- Use RF scanners, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse inventory systems
- Follow digital picking instructions and warehouse workflows
- Maintain required productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
- Safely move products throughout the warehouse
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and equipment-operating requirements
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced night-shift environment

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Picker or Order Picker
- Minimum 3 months of hands-on pallet jack experience
- Previous experience operating a Walkie Rider, preferably Raymond or similar equipment
- Experience in a high-volume warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce, distribution, or similar environment
- Strong experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, and handheld warehouse technology
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and digital systems
- Able to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working toward measurable productivity targets
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently on overnight shifts
- Able to learn new warehouse systems and processes quickly

Pallet jack and Walkie Rider experience are mandatory for this position. Applicants without the required equipment experience will not be considered at this time.
