Inside Sales & Customer Development Representative

Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Inside Sales & Customer Development Representative to join our growing team.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys talking to customers, following up on opportunities, and turning conversations into sales. You'll work with both existing and prospective customers while helping promote our Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and other home-service offerings.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Follow up on unsold estimates and previously recommended work
- Cross-promote Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and maintenance services
- Follow up with past customers and identify new opportunities
- Coordinate equipment warranty registrations
- Organize monthly customer email blasts and sales promotions
- Book appointments and generate leads for our service teams
- Assist with outside sales opportunities when they arise
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales results





What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities
- Robust organization and follow-up skills
- Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical knowledge is an asset but not required
- Comfortable learning new software and CRM systems
- Valid driver's licence required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

This position provides the security of a base salary with additional earning potential based on your sales performance.
