Kananaskis Country Golf Course is quite simply a special and different place. Literally and figuratively, it is a breath of fresh air. What makes it so special? Certainly, our setting doesn’t hurt!

We are located in the middle of the spectacular Canadian Rockies about 55 minutes west of Calgary and 45 minutes from Banff; paradise if you are the kind of person who enjoys a fun environment surrounded by nature, tremendous hiking, kayaking, rollerblading, and camping. But the setting doesn’t even begin to tell our story. The secret to this special place for over 35 years has been our team!

So, down to the nitty gritty, what is this long-winded Job posting for?

Oh…ya…I guess you need to know a little bit about what we would love for you to do as a member of our Outside Hospitality team!

But to briefly summarize some of the highlights…here we go!!

o You will have full time hours at a rate of $16.00 per hour plus a share of our gratuity pool.

o As we are located in the Rocky Mountains, we would like for you to immerse yourself in the experience and move into our residences that feature your own private room, affordable rates, and living with world class people!

o You will work in a number of areas including our Concierge, Club Loading, Driving Range, and Club De-staging areas. It’s a great outdoor environment that provides the canvas for us to create incredible experiences for our guests.

o Our golf season goes until October 11th with the opportunity to work with our turfgrass team to help put our courses to bed from then until around the end of October. If you have plans to come out to the Valley for the winter and want to come out early or just looking for a great experience and fun group of people to work with for a couple of months - give Lino a call!

o We want team members who are givers and not takers. People who understand the secret that as great as it is to have someone do something nice for you, if feels 10 times better being the one doing the good deed!

o There are staff golf privileges with discounts available in the golf shop, summit restaurant, and Snack shacks.

o Be prepared for the role to be active including running for power carts, lifting bags, carrying range balls, and other similar tasks.
