- Take ownership of a portfolio of qualified customers across residential repaint, commercial painting, and multi-family housing segments
- Help customers find the right products and solutions
- Execute a strategic market plan targeting high-potential accounts
- Track progress using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with the local Pro Paint Specialist and Territory Sales Representative
- Ensure customers receive the right products at the right time
- Boost sales and drive gallon growth
- Work variable hours based on peak selling times, including evenings and weekends
- Travel to customer accounts, including occasional overnight stays Requirements - Self-starter who works independently and thrives in a team environment
- Track record of successful selling abilities
- Experience in the home creation/improvement industry is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills, including CRM tools such as Salesforce; training provided
- Digital fluency is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree welcomed
