Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of all designated areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and minor repairs to ensure optimal facility operation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following established protocols for sanitation and safety procedures
- Use specialized cleaning techniques for different surfaces to ensure longevity and appearance of fixtures and furnishings
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for immediate resolution




- Follow all health and safety regulations to create a secure environment during overnight operations
- Document completed tasks accurately in logs or checklists to ensure accountability and consistency

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably within commercial or facilities environments
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, tools, and safety standards
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment throughout the shift
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours

Requirements

- A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a car are required
- Must be dependable and available to work overnight
