Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Overnight Concierge (Part-time) to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

- Answer emergency phones and respond to inquiries
- Respond to complaints and calls from tenants or issues found around the building
- Alert authorities if needed for emergencies or security breaches
- Alert Facilities Manager or designate of any urgent issues that cannot wait for the next day
- Address any infractions of building rules and/or escalate issues to management as appropriate
- Provide assistance to tenant check-in/out, locked out, room inspection,



minor maintenance request which does not require the use of skilled trades , etc.
- Monitor the building perimeter and premises
- Note the entry and exit of visitors, and other individuals and ensure enforcement of house rules
- Check CCTV system and review footage if necessary
- Keep daily logs of activities and any issues addressed via designed reporting system
- Travel to other locations during the shift
- Other duties related to the department may be assigned to you

Experience

- Previous experience in looking after residential buildings is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience working overnight shifts is advantageous

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
