Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Packaging Operations Coordinator to support daily packaging activities within a food production workplace. This role will coordinate packaging schedules, materials, equipment, and production teams to help ensure products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily packaging schedules and communicate priorities with production teams.

- Monitor packaging materials, labels, containers, and supplies to ensure availability.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.

- Monitor packaging lines and report equipment, material, or workflow concerns.

- Maintain accurate packaging records, production reports, inventory information, and documentation.

- Assist with quality checks to ensure packaging, labeling, and finished products meet established standards.





- Identify opportunities to improve packaging efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain smooth production flow.

Qualification

- 2+ years of experience in food production, packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Good understanding of production and packaging processes.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly with labels, quantities, and production records.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production or inventory systems.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Pay: $54,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
