Duties

- Assist customers in selecting the right paints, coatings, and related products to meet their renovation or construction goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to showcase the benefits of premium paint brands and accessories
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and inventory management
- Upsell complementary products such as brushes, primers, sealants, and painting tools to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide inside sales support by managing customer accounts, following up on inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support merchandising efforts by maintaining attractive displays and organized product shelves in line with marketing strategies
- Engage in negotiation to close high-end sales while ensuring customer needs are prioritized




- Offer product demos and technical advice for DIY enthusiasts or skilled contractors involved in renovation or construction projects

Qualifications

- Must have a minimum of 2 years Paint Sales Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and persuasively in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, or related fields such as drywall, carpentry, or painting is highly desirable
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and basic math for accurate transactions and inventory management
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate effectively and upsell products confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Basic understanding of marketing principles to support promotional activities and product demos
