As a Painter at MacLean, you will work within our state-of-the-art industrial paint booth, applying protective and decorative coatings with precision.

Your role involves mixing paints, preparing surfaces, and maintaining essential spray equipment. With a focus on safety, you will contribute to high-quality production standards in the mining industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate industrial paint spray equipment
- Apply protective coatings to component parts
- Mix and prepare paints according to specifications
- Clean and prepare surfaces before painting
- Use overhead cranes and material handling devices safely Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion
- 3-5 years industrial or automotive painting experience
- Ability to lift weights up to 40lbs
- Capacity to wear required safety equipment
