We are seeking painters and painters helpers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for surface preparation and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces in commercial projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paints, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and power tools with precision and safety in mind
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time and to satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior construction experience or related hands-on work in painting an asset.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently ( Reading, writing and speaking).
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently on multiple projects
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and work at heights when necessary
