Join Island Health as a Part-Time Addictions Medicine Coordinator focused on regional physician engagement and innovative addiction care. This role requires coordination among addiction teams and community support networks. As the Coordinator, you will work closely with Island Health's Medical Director and Addiction Medicine programs to enhance community-based substance use programs.

You'll support multiple sites while engaging in event planning and management activities, ensuring quality of care remains paramount in all initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate addictions medicine initiatives and regional contracts
- Provide support to addiction medicine leadership teams
- Facilitate engagement opportunities with BCCSU
- Plan and execute relevant events and activities
- Collaborate with divisions of family practice Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relatable health field
- Five years of experience in healthcare settings
- Understanding of social health determinants
- Valid BC Driver's license for travel
- Solid interpersonal and multimedia communication skills Drive meaningful change in addiction care with Island Health, utilizing your expertise to foster better health outcomes.
