Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to foster a friendly atmosphere
- Support practitioners with preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment to maintain hygiene standards
- Manage patient records accurately, including scheduling appointments and updating medical information
- Provide basic patient care support, such as guiding patients through post-treatment instructions or answering general questions
- Assist with administrative tasks like answering phones, handling patient inquiries, and managing clinic supplies
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized,



and welcoming at all times
- Support medication administration procedures under supervision when applicable, adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care practices and medical terminology
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
