This Instructor

Guard role reports to the Supervisor of Aquatics and requires a qualified with effective communication skills and a focus on inclusivity. You will be responsible for enforcing pool rules, providing high-quality swim instruction, and continuously enhancing the safety standards in the aquatic environment while actively engaging with community members. Key Responsibilities:

- Actively supervise thepool environment for safety
- Conduct Lifesaving Society Swim programs
- Address participant concerns and maintain safety protocols
- Prepare weekly lesson plans and participant reports
- Keep the aquatic area clean and organized Requirements:
- Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard Certification
- Swim Instructor and Lifesaving Instructor Certifications
- Emergency First Aid and CPR “C” certified
- Effective interpersonal skills and reliable time management
