About Knox Mountain Market
We're a small but mighty local market with a devoted following — and our fresh baked goods are a big part of why. We take pride in what comes out of our kitchen, and we're looking for a skilled baker who shares that pride.
The role
You'll be baking fresh goods for our loyal customers, working independently or alongside our small team depending on the day. This is a flexible position — shifts are available mornings, afternoons, or evenings on weekdays and weekends. The minimum commitment is 3 shifts per week, with room to grow from there.
What we're looking for
- Proven baking experience — you've worked in a skilled kitchen or bakery setting
- Valid FoodSafe certification (required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working as part of a small, friendly team
- Flexibility to work a mix of morning, afternoon,
and/or evening shifts across the week/weekend
Compensation Wages are competitive and determined based on your experience. We believe in paying people fairly for their skills.
