About Tito’s Kitchen:

Founded in 2022, Tito’s Kitchen is a unique Lasagna Bar concept bringing authentic Italian family recipes to Toronto.

Our lasagnas are made from scratch using traditional recipes passed down through generations — combining rich flavors, homemade béchamel, and quality ingredients.

We operate as a ghost kitchen, focused exclusively on production and catering (no in-person customer service).

About the Role:

We’re looking for a part time cook (15–20 hours per week) to manage all kitchen production independently.

You’ll be fully autonomous, in charge of preparing three types of lasagna using our ready-to-follow recipes, and managing food orders twice per week.

Production hours are usually in the morning, with flexibility to start at any time — as long as the work is completed by 2 PM.

Each production session typically lasts 3–4 hours, depending on volume.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare lasagnas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain taste, presentation, and consistency across all batches
- Manage food and ingredient orders twice per week




- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are always met
- Keep the kitchen organized and clean after each session
- Work independently without supervision and manage your own schedule

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant required
- Experience with Italian cuisine or lasagna preparation is a strong asset
- Highly autonomous, organized, and responsible
- Reliable and consistent in maintaining food quality
- Comfortable working alone and managing flexible hours
