Vive Fitness is a results-driven gym focused on exceptional service, strong community, and a clean, professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gym Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding experience for both members and staff.

Position Overview The Gym Receptionist is responsible for helping with day-to-day gym operations, maintaining facility cleanliness, delivering top-tier customer service, supporting membership processing and upholding a high standard of professionalism.

This role requires a proactive individual capable of ensuring member satisfaction, and driving the overall success of the gym.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily gym operations during scheduled hours
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the gym
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage member accounts
- Support memberships sales, processing and renewals
- Maintain a consistently high level of service and member satisfaction
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues professionally
- Enforce gym policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Monitor equipment condition,



facility needs, and supply inventory
- Represent Vive Fitness with professionalism, leadership, and positive energy
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and effective communication skills.

Qualifications - Preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
- Strong customer service skills, robust phone etiquette skills are a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage daily operations efficiently
- Passion for fitness, health, and creating a positive gym culture
