Your Role Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager; In This Role, You Will

- Clean assigned rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting/polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping,



cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing towels and amenities.
- Welcome and engage guests warmly, addressing service needs professionally and promptly, and providing a friendly farewell.
- Anticipate and respond to guest preferences and requests, including assisting individuals with disabilities, to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist team members and maintain effective communication using professional language and electronic devices to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow safety procedures, use proper equipment and PPE, and report work-related accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain work areas, equipment, and hotel standards, performing rotation and deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Protect guest and team member privacy, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and uphold security awareness.
- Report repair needs, lost & found items, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements In addition to the core job requirements, skill sets and work-related experience, the Room Attendant will illustrate the ability and passion to:

What You Bring To The Table

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel laundry experience is an asset
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Versatile availability
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and professionally with other departments, guests, and vendors




- Ability to handle difficult situations and individuals diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting high performance standards
- Ability to follow instructions
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
