Home Front Maintenance is a Calgary home maintenance and landscaping company looking for a reliable part-time labourer to join our crew — starting now, and sticking around.

This is a real opportunity, not a one-month gig. You'll be trained up over the next several weeks working directly alongside the owner, then kept on through fall cleanups and into the winter snow removal season. We're growing into bigger multi-person projects and need a third core crew member we can count on.

What you'll be doing

- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance on our residential routes
- General landscaping labour (cleanups, hauling, digging, mulch/rock/soil work)
- Fall cleanups as the season turns
- Snow removal through the winter
- Driving our company dump truck between job sites

Schedule
- Thursday and Friday are the core work days (every week)
- Monday to Wednesday on-and-off as work is available
- Work continues into fall cleanups and winter snow removal — this is not a summer-only job

What we need from you:




- Able to drive a manual transmission — this is a must (our dump truck is a stick)
- Comfortable driving a dump truck, or willing and able to learn fast
- Valid driver's licence with a record clean enough to be insured
- Physically able to handle outdoor labour in all seasons
- Reliable and punctual — Thursdays and Fridays are locked-in work days
- Positive attitude; you'll be working closely with a small crew
